ADBA and or UKC registration papers are being provided to the buyer with the sale of listed dog The cost of listed puppy/dog includes all up to date shots, worming and a  health guarantee from dark days kennels. The listed  puppy is in good health and condition at this time, BUYER may take this puppy to a veterinarian of choice within the next 3 business days for examination.The listed puppy/dog  is guaranteed against any congenital or hereditary defects that would interfere with the animal living a quality life. In the event that such a defect is discovered a replacement puppy/dog of equal value will be given to the buyer and the said dog returned to Dark Days Kennel. Should the puppy/dog  be determined in ill health or with life threatening issues (communicable diseases are not included) if deemed unhealthy in  any way, the listed  puppy/dog  may be returned to dark days kennels  with a diagnosis and prognosis  from a licensed vet.  Once a mutual agreemant is made with dark days kennels and appropriate steps followed as asked by dark days kennels then the the listed puppy/dog  will be replaced accordingly NOTE: there are no refunds given. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless by fault of breeder.

 

The listed puppy/dog  has had all required vaccinations and a health record is being provided to the buyer. Buyer agrees to have additional vaccinations given to the listed puppy/dog on the schedule advised by Dark Days Kennel.The listed puppy/dog  has been started on Interceptor for heart worms. Dark Days Kennel  guarantees the said puppy/dog will be current on all vaccines/worming at the time of purchase. Dark Days Kennel is not reponsible for health defects or problems due  to buyers negligence in reference to vaccines, worming and vet checks after completion of sale.

 

The buyer understands Dark Days Kennels does not  guarantee show quality; nor do we guarantee a particular color, or pattern.

                                                                                                                                                            

Dark Days Kennel can only state an opinion as to show potential at the time of sale. Dark Days kennel  guarantees lineage as stated on the adba or ukc registration papers.The name "buentello's" is to be included within registered name on official registration papers as well as any mention of the listed dog advertised.

 

Puppies/dog are shipped at 8 wks of age but can be picked up at 6wks; at this time full payment is required.Shipping comes with crate, health cert. and a health guarantee. Failure to comply to this agreement will make your deposit void and will result in the puppy/dog's status as being "OPEN" for sale.

 

The buyer understands the listed dog/puppy is not sold for illegal purposes.  The buyer agrees that the listed  dog/puppy will not be used in any  illegal, immoral or inhumane doings .If the buyer desires to sell the said dog; Dark Days Kennel must be given the first option to buy the dog; if Dark Days Kennel declines, then the buyer has the right to sell the dog outright.

Undersigned do and herby accept this aggreement & acknowledge that this is a legal binding aggreement / contract.The above contract is to be adhered to strictly, unless otherwise agreed and amended in writing by both Dark Days Kennel and buyer. Dark days Kennel does not honor any other guarantees which are not listed or stated within the contract.
